What other fees do you charge?


In addition to softplay package prices we charge:

 How do I book?


In order to reserve your date please fill out our softplay inquire form, after you have submitted your form, someone from our team will send out an invoice via email. We require a 25% non refundable deposit that go's towards final balance as well as two contracts. These contracts must be read and signed before we can service your event, failure to complete will result in cancelation of service.

 How do you sanitize your soft play equipment ?


Our number 1 priority is the safety and well being of our tiny clients. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment after every event & at setup, we use products that are safe for kids but also get the job done.

 DO YOU SET UP OUTDOORS?


Yes! we do both indoor and outdoor set up's. All outdoor set ups must be in shaded area or under tent. In the case of bad weather clients are responsible for finding a suitable area that is safe for children and our equipment.

What areas do you service?


We are located in Southern New Jersey and we service its surrounding county's, we also service parts of Philadelphia and  Delaware. We do not provide service to areas further than an 80 mile radius.
